Age UK Lambeth and Carers’ Hub Lambeth are working in partnership to offer support to unpaid carers, whilst the person they care for is in hospital and following their discharge from hospital. They will help carers navigate what can often be a difficult and stressful time, to ensure you are connected to essential information and support for your caring role.

Who is the service for? The service is for unpaid carers, who either live in Lambeth or care for someone who does.

Please note in hospital Carers Support is currently limited to target wards during the pilot.
